About Sprung
Sprung is an AI-first workspace for small and medium businesses. It brings your website, customers, conversations, and workflows together, with named AI team members who handle routine work within rules you approve.
Some decisions should stay yours: refunds, exceptions, larger estimates, and anything without a policy. Sprung handles the routine, then brings you the rest with the context already gathered. You decide where that line sits.
Not necessarily. You can share information you already have and connect systems that are working, then move over at your own pace. Specific integrations will be confirmed during the private beta.
No. Appointment/membership and quote/project businesses are the two example patterns we show, but they aren’t a fixed list. We’re interested in learning how other businesses work as the beta develops.
Private beta
When intake opens, you can request access with your email address. An acknowledged saved request joins the interest list, and we’ll contact you when access is available for your business. Requesting access doesn’t guarantee an invitation, a date, or a place in line. This website preview does not save requests or send messages.
No. Requesting access is free and doesn’t need a credit card.
No. Your email address is all we need, and updates come by email. Texting is optional: add a mobile number and tick the separate box only if you want texts. Either way, messages cover only your confirmation and private-beta access updates, with no newsletters or promotions. Message and data rates may apply to texts. No messages are sent from this preview.
The planned program will offer an unsubscribe link in emails and STOP to opt out of texts. Submitting the form again must not turn updates back on after an opt-out. Live delivery and opt-out handling must be approved before the program opens.
Pricing
Starter is $99/month: 1 AI staff member, email replies, 100 inquiries a month and 2 seats. Pro is $299/month: 3 AI staff members, texting (when carrier-approved), 500 inquiries a month, a booking page and payment links, follow-ups, a custom domain, 5 seats and no Sprung branding. Your first month is free. Larger or multi-location setups are arranged at [email protected].
Yes. The primary operating chat assistant is part of every plan. Plans differ in AI staff, inquiries a month, seats and the channels and tools included. Past a plan’s inquiries nothing stops: the AI keeps replying and we let you know.
